Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lbs tomatillos
  • 1 jalapeno, add 1 habanero for extra kick, remove stems/seeds
  • 1/4 onion
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • parsley or cilantro, see pic
  • 2 tsp lemon/lime juice or vinegar, this is about quarter lemon maybe less
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp salt


Instructions:

  • Roast tomatillos for 10-15 mins on 450F or boil them for 10-15 mins
  • Chop all other ingredients
  • Let tomatillos cool down a bit for 15 mins
  • Put everything in the blender

Salsa will thicken in the fridge, before use take it outside. Use within 3-4 days.
