Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup or 100g sugar
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1/2 cup or 100g cookies (ground)
  • 1/2 cup or 100g coconut flakes
  • 2oz or 1/2 of a standard 3.5oz chocolate bar
  • 5 Tbsp water or 1/3 cup or 80ml water

Instructions:

  • Bring to a boil the water, sugar, then add butter to melt
  • Ground the cookies
  • Add the grounded cookies and coconut flakes into the the pot with water/sugar/butter. Mix well.
  • Transfer everything to a plate or pan and cover with melted chocolate. Let it cool at room temperature.
