Ingredients:

  • Cayenne peppers

Instructions:

  • Place the peppers on a parchment pepper
  • Turn oven to 200F (min temp)
  • Roast them for an hour, turn off the oven. Leave overnight. Remove the seeds if you need, it will tame the heat.
  • Repeat one or two more time if needed. The peppers should be very brittle and super dry. If they bend – not good.
  • Grind them.
