Ingredients:
- Cayenne peppers
Instructions:
- Place the peppers on a parchment pepper
- Turn oven to 200F (min temp)
- Roast them for an hour, turn off the oven. Leave overnight. Remove the seeds if you need, it will tame the heat.
- Repeat one or two more time if needed. The peppers should be very brittle and super dry. If they bend – not good.
- Grind them.
