Ingredients:
- 1 cup firmly packed fresh parsley, no stems, about 0.75oz or 20 grams
- 3-4 garlic cloves, depending on size
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 5 Tbsp oil
- 2 Tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions:
- Combine all dried ingredients in a food processor. You can finely chop the parsley/garlic if you don’t have a blender/food processor.
- Blend so it looks like this. I use manual blender, 15 pulls.
- Add oil and vinegar and pull extra 15 times. Looks like this.
- Cover and let it rest for about 2hrs in fridge or room temperature. Enjoy after!
