This is for one person.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 onion
- 2-3 cloves garlic
- 1 can (6.5oz) minced clams
- 1/4 stick butter
- 1 1/2 Tbsp oil
- salt, pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Saute the onion with 1 1/2 Tbsp oil
- Once translucent, add the garlic and saute for a minute until fragrant
- Add the butter and clams (do not drain)
- Simmer for about 10 mins, add pasta and mix or pour over pasta
