This is for one person.
Ingredients:

  • 1/4 onion
  • 2-3 cloves garlic
  • 1 can (6.5oz) minced clams
  • 1/4 stick butter
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp oil
  • salt, pepper to taste


Instructions:

  • Saute the onion with 1 1/2 Tbsp oil
  • Once translucent, add the garlic and saute for a minute until fragrant
  • Add the butter and clams (do not drain)
  • Simmer for about 10 mins, add pasta and mix or pour over pasta
