Ingredients:
- 1/2 lbs tomatillos
- 1 jalapeno, add 1 habanero for extra kick, remove stems/seeds
- 1/4 onion
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- parsley or cilantro, see pic
- 2 tsp lemon/lime juice or vinegar, this is about quarter lemon maybe less
- 1/2 to 1 tsp salt
Instructions:
- Roast tomatillos for 10-15 mins on 450F or boil them for 10-15 mins
- Chop all other ingredients
- Let tomatillos cool down a bit for 15 mins
- Put everything in the blender
Salsa will thicken in the fridge, before use take it outside. Use within 3-4 days.
