Ingredients:

  • 200g rotini or farfalle
  • 40g fine chopped onion
  • 10 cherry tomatoes, you can halve them if you want
  • 40g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 100g fine chopped cucumber
  • 64g (2.25oz) small can pitted and sliced black olives or use 50g chopped black olives in oil


Instructions:

  • Cook pasta per instructions, cool under water and drain well.
  • Chop all the ingredients
  • Add about 1/2 cup Italian dressing (see recipe).
  • Mix everything in a bowl.
  • Leave in fridge for about 2-3 hrs
