Ingredients:
- 200g rotini or farfalle
- 40g fine chopped onion
- 10 cherry tomatoes, you can halve them if you want
- 40g feta cheese, crumbled
- 100g fine chopped cucumber
- 64g (2.25oz) small can pitted and sliced black olives or use 50g chopped black olives in oil
Instructions:
- Cook pasta per instructions, cool under water and drain well.
- Chop all the ingredients
- Add about 1/2 cup Italian dressing (see recipe).
- Mix everything in a bowl.
- Leave in fridge for about 2-3 hrs
