Ingredients:
- 500g pork butt or some fatty boneless part chopped in 1cm cubes.
- Marinate overnight in salt, pepper, paprika, 1 Tbsp mayo and 1 tsp mustard or some store bought marinade
- 400g all purpose flour
- 2 tsp instant yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp oil + 2 Tbsp oil for greasing the pan bottom
- 200 ml water
- 8 tsp lard (optional)

Instructions:
- Add flour, yeast, salt, 2Tbsp oil and water in a bowl. Mix and knead.
- Make a ball and let it sit for 1 hour in a 12″x16″ oiled pan (2 Tbsp oil).
- After 1 hour, cut the dough in half, sprinkle some flour and let it sit for another 1/2 hour
- Stretch the balls into rectangles so two fit the pan.
- Add the meat on top, add 1 tsp or 1/2 tsp lard. Use 8, 12 is too much.
- Bake on 400F for about 20-25 mins.
