Ingredients:
- 200g sugar
- 200g Maria cookies
- 200g coconut flakes
- 100g chocolate
- 125g butter
- 200g water
- 1-2Tbsp vegetable oil (optional)
Instructions:
- Grind the Maria cookies
- Boil 200g water, sugar and 125g butter until both are melted.
- Add the cookies and coconut flakes. Mix well.
- Transfer into 8″x8″ pan and make it flat.
- Melt 150g chocolate, add 1-2tsp vegetable oil (oil optional)
- Glaze the top, refrigerate for 2-3 hrs.
