Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup greek yogurt or kefir
  • 12g cilantro or parsley
  • 4g mint
  • 1 jalapeno pepper
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tbsp lime/lemon juice or vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds toasted or powder

Instructions:

  • Combine everything in a blender. Mix.
  • Add more or less water if you want for consistency.
