Ingredients:
- 1 stick butter
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tsp salt (optional)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper (optional)
Instructions:
- Melt butter and add chopped garlic on medium low. Sauté for minute until fragrant, garlic burns easy.
- Add flour and salt/pepper, saute until flour dissolves, then slowly add milk.
- Cook accordingly so the sauce thickens. Don’t overdo maybe a min or two, the sauce will thicken more as it cools.
