Ingredients:

  • 1 stick butter
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp salt (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper (optional)

Instructions:

  • Melt butter and add chopped garlic on medium low. Sauté for minute until fragrant, garlic burns easy.
  • Add flour and salt/pepper, saute until flour dissolves, then slowly add milk.
  • Cook accordingly so the sauce thickens. Don’t overdo maybe a min or two, the sauce will thicken more as it cools.
