Ingredients:
- 1 cup potato flakes
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp salt (optional)
- 1/2 tsp pepper (optional)
- 1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
- 1 green onion/scallion chopped (optional)
- 2 garlic cloves chopped (optional)
- 1 tsp mustard (optional)
- 1 bouillon cube (optional)
Instructions:
- Dissolve the bouillon cube in heated water and milk
- Add 2 Tbsp butter
- Bring to a temp before boiling (small bubbles on the edges)
- Add salt, pepper, paprika, chopped scallion and garlic
- Add flakes when it starts boiling, remove immediately and mix until it thickens. Add more water/flakes per your taste of consistency.
- Add mustard. Serve.
