Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup greek yogurt or kefir
- 12g cilantro or parsley
- 4g mint
- 1 jalapeno pepper
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp lime/lemon juice or vinegar
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds toasted or powder
Instructions:
- Combine everything in a blender. Mix.
- Add more or less water if you want for consistency.
