Ingredients:
- 1 head sour cabbage
- 600g ground meat
- 100g pancetta or bacon
- 1 onion
- 1 pepper (bell or frying)
- 2 eggs
- 200ml milk
- 200ml greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup rice
- 4Tbsp oil
- 3Tbsp oil for the pan



Instructions:
- Add 4Tbsp oil in a big pot and saute the chopped onions and peppers until done
- Add ground meat and bacon, saute until almost brown
- Add rice and cook for 5 mins
- Add chopped cabbage and simmer for 10-15 mins, mixing frequently. You want to cook the rice.
- Transfer everything in a 3Tbsp oil greased 9×13 pan.
- Mix 200ml milk, 200ml greek yogurt and 2 eggs and cover.
- Bake on 400F for 45 mins
