Ingredients:
- 2 stalks leeks
- 1 cup baby carrots sliced horizontally
- 20 small cooked frozen meatballs
- 4 bouillons or whatever for 2qt water
- 2qt water
- 1/2 cup ditalini pasta (optional)
- 1Tbsp paprika sweet or hot
- 3Tbsp flour
- 2Tbsp butter
Instructions:
- Bring to a boil water, bouillons and leeks
- Once it starts boiling, simmer for 20 mins
- Add pasta and carrots, cook/simmer for another 10 mins
- Add meatballs, cook/simmer for 2-3 mins
- In the meantime, mix paprika and flour, add the soup liquid for about 3Tbsp, mix so it has honey consistency.
- If you add one Tbsp at a time and liquid and mix it’s much easier to break down the lumps.
- Eliminate all flour lumps add another 2-3Tbsp, mix well, put it back in the pot.
- Add 2Tbsp butter, mix everything well.
- Cook simmering for another 30 seconds.
