Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup or 100g sugar
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 cup or 100g cookies (ground)
- 1/2 cup or 100g coconut flakes
- 2oz or 1/2 of a standard 3.5oz chocolate bar
- 5 Tbsp water or 1/3 cup or 80ml water
Instructions:
- Bring to a boil the water, sugar, then add butter to melt
- Ground the cookies
- Add the grounded cookies and coconut flakes into the the pot with water/sugar/butter. Mix well.
- Transfer everything to a plate or pan and cover with melted chocolate. Let it cool at room temperature.
