Ingredients:

  • 500ml heavy cream
  • 75g sugar
  • gelatin sheets, use per instructions, usually 1 sheet per 1/2 cup more or less
  • vanilla (optional)
  • All kinds of toppings


Instructions:

  • Start boiling the heavy cream, add sugar at start
  • In a bowl with cold water add gelatin sheets
  • Mix the cream constantly, do not let it burn or stick.
  • When you see small to medium bubbles, remove from heat.
  • Squeeze gelatin and add to the cream, mixing constantly until gelatin disappears (about 10-15 seconds)
  • Pour into ramekin or 12oz stemless wine glass, with these ingredients 4 portions
  • Add to fridge for min 3 hrs best overnight
  • Can be used for 3-4 days in a fridge
