Ingredients for layers:
- 250g water
- 250g sugar
- 250g margarine or butter
- 250g fine grounded walnuts, pecans or hazelnuts
- 250g grounded plain cookies (Goya Maria cookies)
- 100g milk chocolate
Ingredients for glaze:
- 100g dark chocolate
- 1Tbsp oil or butter or margarine
- 4Tbsp water

Instructions:
- Boil water with sugar until it dissolves completely and then another minute or two.
- Turn off the hit, add margarine/butter until completely melted
- Add grounded nuts and cookies and mix thoroghly.
- Transfer half of the mass in 8×8 inch glass pan. Flatter with a spoon.
- Add the chocolate in the rest of the pan and mix until it dissolves. You can turn a heat a little bit to speed up the process if needed.
- TAKE A BREAK – 20mins, turn everything off…
- Pour the remaining chocolate/everything mix on top of the first layer carefully so they don’t mix. Flatten with a spoon.
- In the meantime melt the ingredients for glaze until consistent in a double layered pan so the chocolate doesn’t burn
- Top the glaze. Once at room temp, freeze for 2hrs then in the fridge.
