Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs meat (1 lb pork, 1 lb beef)
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 4-5 garlic cloves
  • 4 Tbsp water


Instructions:

  • Add the meat, salt, pepper, water and baking soda in a big bowl
  • Chop the garlic as much as you can
  • Add to the mix and knead for 10 mins
  • Cover and leave in the fridge overnight
  • After 24h form the kebaps using hand or a mold
  • Grill or saute on med-low heat
