Ingredients:
- 2 lbs meat (1 lb pork, 1 lb beef)
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 4-5 garlic cloves
- 4 Tbsp water
Instructions:
- Add the meat, salt, pepper, water and baking soda in a big bowl
- Chop the garlic as much as you can
- Add to the mix and knead for 10 mins
- Cover and leave in the fridge overnight
- After 24h form the kebaps using hand or a mold
- Grill or saute on med-low heat
