Ingredients:

  • 250g lard or butter, much better with lard
  • 500g flour
  • 4Tbsp sugar
  • 1tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 100g powdered sugar
  • 100g marmalade
  • 1Tbsp lemon zest (1 lemon)

Instructions:

  • Put everything in a bowl and mix well with a fork.
  • Flatten the dough so it looks like this.
  • Use a shot glass to cut through the dough. If the dough sticks to the glass, dip the glass in powdered sugar
  • Put the cookie dough in a pan with a parchment paper.
  • Bake on 350F for 15-20 min until the bottom is lightly browned.
  • Spread some marmalade on each side, pair with another cookie and dip in powdered sugar. You can also skip the marmalade and use the singles powdered.
