Ingredients:

  • 1 head sour cabbage
  • 600g ground meat
  • 100g pancetta or bacon
  • 1 onion
  • 1 pepper (bell or frying)
  • 2 eggs
  • 200ml milk
  • 200ml greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup rice
  • 4Tbsp oil
  • 3Tbsp oil for the pan

Instructions:

  • Add 4Tbsp oil in a big pot and saute the chopped onions and peppers until done
  • Add ground meat and bacon, saute until almost brown
  • Add rice and cook for 5 mins
  • Add chopped cabbage and simmer for 10-15 mins, mixing frequently. You want to cook the rice.
  • Transfer everything in a 3Tbsp oil greased 9×13 pan.
  • Mix 200ml milk, 200ml greek yogurt and 2 eggs and cover.
  • Bake on 400F for 45 mins
