Ingredients:
For one person

  • 125g spaghetti
  • 1-2 garlic cloves
  • 3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt, pepper, chopped parsley (optional)


Instructions:

  • Boil spaghetti al dente
  • 5 mins before they are done, heat oil on a skillet
  • Saute garlic on medium low for about 5 mins until it starts getting brown. Do not cook on medium or high.
  • Remove everything from heat, add drained pasta in the skillet and mix well
  • Add 1Tbsp pasta water if you want
  • Add salt, pepper, chopped parsley.
