Ingredients:
For one person
- 125g spaghetti
- 1-2 garlic cloves
- 3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Salt, pepper, chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions:
- Boil spaghetti al dente
- 5 mins before they are done, heat oil on a skillet
- Saute garlic on medium low for about 5 mins until it starts getting brown. Do not cook on medium or high.
- Remove everything from heat, add drained pasta in the skillet and mix well
- Add 1Tbsp pasta water if you want
- Add salt, pepper, chopped parsley.
