Ingredients:
- Lefotver grease from frying sausages or any type of meat
- 4 garlic cloves
- some hot peppers (optional)
- 8Tbsp ketchup
- 4 cups water
- 2Tbsp flour
- 1/3 cup datelini pasta (optional)
- salt, pepper, paprika, spices

Instructions:
- Reheat the oil, add a little bit more if it’s too dry and saute garlic and peppers
- Add 2 cups water when garlic is fragrant
- Simmer for about 10 mins, but not boil and add 9Tbsp ketchup (3Tbsp per cup water)
- Mix 1 cup cold water and 2Tbsp flour, make sure there are no lumps
- Slowly add this mix to the soup and mix, cook for another minute or two until the soup thickens.
