Ingredients:
- 100g cup pimento olives
- 50g cup black pitted olives in oil
- 50g giardiniera
- 2Tbsp olive oil
- 1Tbsp vinegar
- 1tsp dried oregano or basil
- 1/4tsp black pepper
Instructions:
- Get the ingredients and discard any liquids at the bottom
- Chop well or slice and mix everything.
- Leave for a couple of hours
- Serve on a bread as a spread and layer 3:1 ratio of meat and cheese
- Soppressata, salami or pepperoni
- Mortadella or bologna
- Capicola or prosciutto
- Provolone
