Ingredients:

  • 500g ricotta cheese
  • 150g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk or heavy cream
  • 1tsp vanilla
  • 1Tbsp lemon zest (1 lemon)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1Tbsp corn starch


Instructions:

  • Put everything in a bowl and mix.
  • Pour the mix in a 9″ pre-baked crust. Bake on 350F for 50-60 mins when the crust looks golden and spongy on touch.
