Ingredients:
- 500g ricotta cheese
- 150g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk or heavy cream
- 1tsp vanilla
- 1Tbsp lemon zest (1 lemon)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1Tbsp corn starch
Instructions:
- Put everything in a bowl and mix.
- Pour the mix in a 9″ pre-baked crust. Bake on 350F for 50-60 mins when the crust looks golden and spongy on touch.
