Ingredients:

  • 200g sugar
  • 200g Maria cookies
  • 200g coconut flakes
  • 100g chocolate
  • 125g butter
  • 200g water
  • 1-2Tbsp vegetable oil (optional)

Instructions:

  • Grind the Maria cookies
  • Boil 200g water, sugar and 125g butter until both are melted.
  • Add the cookies and coconut flakes. Mix well.
  • Transfer into 8″x8″ pan and make it flat.
  • Melt 150g chocolate, add 1-2tsp vegetable oil (oil optional)
  • Glaze the top, refrigerate for 2-3 hrs.
