Ingredients:

    Filling:

  • Search & buy “Medene Kore”, 500g, 4 layers
  • 450g milk
  • 300g sugar
  • 250g butter
  • 300g maria cookies
  • 200g chocolate
  • 100g walnuts
    Glaze:

  • 3Tbsp milk
  • 3Tbsp oil sugar
  • 100g chocolate


Instructions:

  • Start boiling milk and sugar until dissolved.
  • Add butter, dissolve.
  • Add chocolate, dissolve.
  • Add crumbled cookies and grounded walnuts, mix well, remove from stove.
  • Spread about 10Tbsp on the first layer. Cover with another, divide the filling in half, spread, finish with the third layer, spread the last of the filling on 3rd layer, cover with the 4th.
  • Loose cover with aluminum foil or plastic, put about 2 x 1lbs jars on top and put it in the fridge overnight.
  • The day after, mix chocolate, 3Tbsp milk and 3Tbsp oil in a small pan and melt on low.
  • Cover the forth layer, sprinkles optional.
  • Put it back in the fridge for another hour or let the chocolate cool at room temp, cut & eat.
