Ingredients:
- 500ml heavy cream
- 75g sugar
- gelatin sheets, use per instructions, usually 1 sheet per 1/2 cup more or less
- vanilla (optional)
- All kinds of toppings

Instructions:
- Start boiling the heavy cream, add sugar at start
- In a bowl with cold water add gelatin sheets
- Mix the cream constantly, do not let it burn or stick.
- When you see small to medium bubbles, remove from heat.
- Squeeze gelatin and add to the cream, mixing constantly until gelatin disappears (about 10-15 seconds)
- Pour into ramekin or 12oz stemless wine glass, with these ingredients 4 portions
- Add to fridge for min 3 hrs best overnight
- Can be used for 3-4 days in a fridge
