Ingredients:

  • Lefotver grease from frying sausages or any type of meat
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • some hot peppers (optional)
  • 8Tbsp ketchup
  • 4 cups water
  • 2Tbsp flour
  • 1/3 cup datelini pasta (optional)
  • salt, pepper, paprika, spices

Instructions:

  • Reheat the oil, add a little bit more if it’s too dry and saute garlic and peppers
  • Add 2 cups water when garlic is fragrant
  • Simmer for about 10 mins, but not boil and add 9Tbsp ketchup (3Tbsp per cup water)
  • Mix 1 cup cold water and 2Tbsp flour, make sure there are no lumps
  • Slowly add this mix to the soup and mix, cook for another minute or two until the soup thickens.
