Ingredients:

  • 300g chopped and peeled, seedless cucumber
  • 300g Greek yogurt
  • 150g water
  • 2-3 medium garlic cloves
  • 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Dill or parsley as pictured
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • Ground walnuts about 25g (optional)

Instructions:

  • Mix everything.
  • Put in a fridge for at least 2-3 hrs.
