Ingredients:
- 300g chopped and peeled, seedless cucumber
- 300g Greek yogurt
- 150g water
- 2-3 medium garlic cloves
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Dill or parsley as pictured
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- Ground walnuts about 25g (optional)

Instructions:
- Mix everything.
- Put in a fridge for at least 2-3 hrs.
