Ingredients:

  • 2 cans of beans, mix if you want
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1/2 can mushrooms (optional)
  • 1/2 can olives (optional)
  • add about 1/4 onion or less. Do not store the leftovers with onion added.
  • Spices, hot flakes, salt, fresh herbs, grated cheese, eggs – add whatever you want

Instructions:

  • Add the content of the cans in a mesh strainer. Rinse thoroughly. Transfer to a pot and wash.
  • Transfer back to the strainer and let it sit for about 15 mins steering lightly every 5 mins.
  • Transfer to a container with a lid, add spices and the rest of the ingredients…Leave in a fridge for a couple of hours. Do not leave it with onions inside!!!
