Ingredients:
- 1kg-1.2kg fresh cabbage
- 150g carrots
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- 1 onion
- 500g meat. I used a smoked sausage.
- 8 cups water + bouillon for 8 cups (prob 4 cubes)
- 1/2 cup oil
- salt, pepper, spices


Instructions:
- Chop the cabbage roughly
- Saute carrots first in 1/2 cup oil
- Add onions after and cook until translucent
- Add cabbage, meat and 8 cups of water + bouillon. Bring to a boil, then simmer covered for about 45 mins-60mins.
- Around 45 mins when you see that the cabbage is fully cooked (leaves are soft, wilted and dark in color), take out 2 cups of the liquid.
- Add 6Tbsp flour and mix vigorously so there are no lumps. Put it back and cook for another minute.
