Ingredients:
- 1 chicken breast, chopped, marinated in EVOO and spices
- 4 cups water
- 2 cubes bouillon
- 1/2 cup chopped carrots
- 1/2 cup ditilini pasta
- Extra virgin olive oil

Instructions:
- Coat chopped chicken and marinate with 2-3Tbsp EVOO for 3-4 hours
- Add 4cups water, chopped carrots and bouillon and bring to boil
- Once the water starts boiling, add the pasta
- Saute marinated chicken with some EVOO
- Add about a cup of the soup liquid into the pan with the chicken, when the chicken is done and boil for 30secs to a min to get all the grease
- Transfer back everything in the pot
- Cook until pasta is done, 10 mins for ditilini pasta.
